Our Process

At SwagChimp, we make the process of buying promotional products easy.

As experts in the promotional products jungle, we can save you the time and trouble of combing your way through endless product pages and options. That’s the benefit of working with a promo products agency – not a promo products website.

This does require a brief conversation, and here’s where you come in. A quick exchange of emails or a call can provide us with the marching orders we need to present to you an effective array of products/options. We get to work, you save time.

We’ll ask you some questions like:

  • Who’s your audience for this project, and what are they like?
  • What’s your target price point per item?
  • Do you have an approaching in-hands date?
  • In a few words, what’s your style like, as a brand/company?
  • Are there any types or categories of products you’re particularly interested in, or not interested in?
  • Do you have any specific requirements for the product colors, name brands, etc.?

With that little bit of information, we can begin our product selection process.

SwagChimp Our Process

Instead of endless rows and columns of products, we’ll hand pick a selection of products for your promotion that we think would work well for your project and send them to you in an easily digestible email, complete with pricing. Your feedback on these product suggestions will help us come up with even more great products and apparel items to consider for your promotion or giveaway.

Once we’ve found some products of interest, we can get you blank/random samples of nearly anything, as needed. This will ensure you’re happy with the quality of the items themselves.

The next step is to work up digital proofs, with vector artwork/logos that you supply to us. This makes sure we’re all on the same page as far as the imprint placement/size, logo color, product color, and other elements of the product and design for your promotion, giveaway or event.

Once you’ve approved an estimate and a proof for an item, we can put the order into production. We’ll track the order through to completion at the manufacturer, and send tracking information as soon as it’s available. That’s it. Soon, your printed promotional products will be on their way.

Our goal is to make sure you’ve got the best promotional products for each of your particular projects, and that you’re never surprised when you open up a box.

5-7 working days is industry standard; we can work with vendors who can reduce that down to 2!
